Leiston Flats
Working alongside a local Developer, our skilled craftsmen were instructed to construct six new flats. Fitted out to the highest standard, all flats were built with quartz worktops and kitchens, Porcelanosa wall tiling, Karndean flooring and glass and hardwood balconies.
Art Studio
Crowned LABC’s Regional Winner for Best Non-Residential New Build, we proudly completed an art studio in Woodbridge. A timber frame construction with exposed beams, mezzanine floor and Douglas Fir joinery, is rendered externally. The studio was finished with a kitchenette, shower room and cloakroom. Internally, an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and radiators were installed and large format floor tiles were fitted in the main space along with patterned tiles to the bathroom.
Wright House
The extension and renovation of this 1970s bungalow was a collaborative award winning project. Alongside Hoopers Architects and JP Chick & Partners Ltd, our expert teams were awarded RIBA Suffolk Craftsmanship Commendation 2019.
Mariner House
This project saw our expert team create a new reception area for Mariner House. The newly built reception was complete with a zinc roof on a steel frame clad with brick slips all set on a steel frame support, 3 meters above ground.
Warrington Road
The creation of a rear extension with a large flat roof sky light to give a light airy rear kitchen and dining area completed this project for our residential customer.
Garden House
On behalf of our residential customer, our award-winning team created an oak cartlodge extension with a bedroom over.
Trimley Memorial Hall
This extensive project saw the complete refurbishment of a fire damaged memorial hall. Complete with a new roof, ceiling, walls, floors and doors, this project also harnessed our electrical and mechanical services.
Redlands
For this project our expert team converted an old barn into a modern residential dwelling. The conversion was complete with a new roof, external walls, internal wall linings, windows, floors and doors. A brand new kitchen and a full decoration of the dwelling completed this renovation.
